Wox Loyalty plans
Every plan starts with a free trial and has everything: your logo and venue photo, messages and automations, and CSV export. The plans differ in venues, cardholders and team. Prices are in lari, a month.

Good to know
- Every plan starts with 14 days free: 0 ₾ today. You add a card on Flitt's secure page (Flitt checks it with 1 ₾ and gives it back at once). After 14 days the plan renews by itself, monthly, until you cancel.
- You cancel in the app itself, on the Plan page. When a trial or a plan ends, your guests keep their cards and stamps, but new guests cannot join and no messages go out.
- Moving to a smaller plan never deletes your cards, customers or stamps.
- Kari and the other Wox products are separate subscriptions on the Wox Portal.

What does each plan cost?
Starter is 24 GEL a month for one venue and up to 100 cardholders. Pro is 39 GEL a month for up to three venues and 300 cardholders. Unlimited is 59 GEL a month, with no limit on venues, cardholders or team members. Prices are in Georgian lari.
What comes with every plan?
Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, your own logo and a venue photo on the card, messages to cardholders in Wallet, by SMS and by email, birthday and win-back automations, and CSV export. The card carries no Wox line. A month has 50 SMS and 1,000 emails on Starter, 150 and 3,000 on Pro, 500 and 10,000 on Unlimited. Pro and Unlimited add an API key for a POS.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with 14 days free, and you pay 0 ₾ today. You add a card, Flitt checks it with 1 ₾ and gives it back at once, and after 14 days the plan renews by itself, monthly. Cancel any time in the app, in one tap, and nothing is charged.
What happens when the trial ends?
Choose a plan to keep going. Without a plan, your guests keep their cards and stamps, but new guests cannot join and you cannot send messages. Nothing is deleted, and everything works again when you choose a plan.
What happens if I move to a smaller plan?
Nothing is deleted. Your cards, customers and history stay. The smaller plan's limits apply to what you do next, such as publishing another card or adding more cardholders.
Can Wox POS stamp cards automatically?
Not yet. Pro and Unlimited include an API key built for this, so Wox POS can add stamps when a bill is paid. That connection is planned; today staff stamp from a phone.
