Loyalty cards built for bakeries
Bakery customers come early, buy quickly and leave. A stamp card in their phone, stamped by the cashier in one scan, rewards the daily bread run without slowing the morning queue.
Small, daily and early
A bakery regular stops by most mornings for a loaf, a pastry or a khachapuri on the way to work or school. Each purchase is small and the visits are frequent, so the reward should be small too, and close. A free croissant after four visits is something people notice the same week.
The example card has 8 stamps: a free croissant at 4 and a loaf of their choice at 8. Rewards from your own counter cost you the ingredients, not the shelf price.
Keep the morning queue moving
Between seven and nine, every second at the till counts. Keep a phone on a stand by the till with the Wox Loyalty scanner open. The customer holds up the card, the cashier scans it and taps once. The stamp lands on the card in the customer's wallet while the bread is being wrapped.
If someone has not opened the card yet, the cashier types the customer's phone number instead and stamps the card it finds. If a scan picks the wrong card, the stamp can be undone within 30 minutes.
One stamp per visit, however big the bag
A parent buying for the whole family and a student buying one bun come equally often. To keep the card fair, give one stamp per visit and set the maximum stamps per visit to 1. If you would rather reward bigger orders, raise the maximum and let staff add a second stamp above an amount you write in the card's terms.
Joining at the window
Put the QR on the shop window, on the counter and on your paper bags. People can join while they wait in line: scan, type a name, and the card opens in the browser in Georgian or English. They add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet with one more tap, and the first stamp can go on at the till.

Questions
Will a stamp card slow down my queue?
A stamp is one scan and one tap, which takes less time than counting change. Customers can join from the QR while they wait, so nobody fills in a form at the till.
Can I change the rewards later?
Yes. You can edit the rewards and the number of stamps at any time. Stamps customers have already collected are kept; a card that already has more stamps than a new goal completes on its next stamp.
Is there a charge per stamp or per customer?
No. Plans have a flat monthly price in lari. Free covers 100 cardholders; Pro, at 29 GEL a month, has no cardholder limit.
Other trades
The free plan has no time limit and includes Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.
