Loyalty cards built for retail stores
A shop sells to people who could buy the same thing down the street. A stamp card in the customer's phone gives them a reason to come back to your counter, and your staff decide at the till which purchases earn a stamp.
Who comes back to a shop
A wine shop, a flower shop, a pet store, a bookshop, a corner shop: each has customers who buy again and again, on their own schedule. Some come weekly, some monthly. A card of 10 stamps with a first reward at 5 gives the weekly buyer something within two months and the monthly buyer a reason to come back.
Because the card lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, the customer carries it everywhere, including past the shop down the street.
Stamp purchases above an amount
Wox Loyalty counts stamps, not lari, so set a rule your staff can check at the till, such as one stamp for every purchase over 20 GEL, and write it in the card's terms. The cashier looks at the receipt and stamps the card or not. The customer can read the same rule in the card's terms.
To stop one large purchase from filling a card, set the maximum stamps per visit. To stop several small purchases from counting twice in a day, set the minimum minutes between stamps.
One phone at the till is enough
You need no barcode scanner and no new till. The scanner runs in the browser on any phone with a camera; staff sign in with their own account and scan the QR on the customer's card. If the customer's phone has died, staff find the card by phone number.
Know who your regulars are
Your dashboard lists every cardholder with their stamps, rewards and last visit. You see how many people joined, how many stamps were given and how many rewards were redeemed over the last 30 days. On Pro and Business you can export the list as a CSV file to use in your own tools.

Questions
Can stamps depend on how much someone spends?
Not automatically: a stamp is a stamp. Write the rule in the card's terms, for example one stamp per purchase over 20 GEL, and staff check the receipt before they stamp.
Do I need a barcode scanner?
No. The scanner runs on any phone with a camera, in the browser. Staff can also type the card's code or the customer's phone number.
Can staff at two of my shops stamp the same card?
Yes, if they are on your team. A card belongs to your business, and any team member can stamp it. Separate reports for each shop are not available yet.
Can I export my customer list?
Yes, as a CSV file, on Pro and Business.
