Loyalty cards in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet
Your customers already keep boarding passes and bank cards in their phone's wallet. Here is how your stamp card gets there, what it shows, and how it changes by itself after every stamp.
Shown to your customers on the card page.
What a Wallet card is
Apple Wallet on the iPhone and Google Wallet on Android are apps that come with the phone. They hold passes: boarding passes, tickets, store cards. A Wox Loyalty card is a store card. It carries your business name and colours, the stamps collected so far, the rewards, and a QR code your staff scan.
You do not need an Apple developer account or a Google Wallet issuer account. Wox issues and signs the cards for you, on every plan, including Free.
How the card updates itself
When your staff add a stamp, Wox saves it and tells the phone. On an iPhone, Apple's notification service tells the phone that the card changed; the phone fetches the new card, and the new stamp count appears as a notification on the lock screen. On Android, Wox updates the card in Google Wallet, which can show a message about the change.
The customer does not have to open or refresh anything. Rewards appear on the card when they unlock, and leave the list of available rewards once staff redeem them.
What the card shows
At the top, your logo or initial with your business name, and the stamp count, for example 4/6. Under it, a strip of stamps in your colour and icon, with the reward stamps marked. Then the card's name and its rewards, how many rewards are ready, the customer's name, and the QR code.
On the back of an iPhone card, the customer finds how the card works, your terms, your contact details and a link to the card's own page. Google Wallet shows the stamp picture at the top of the card and lists the rewards below it.
Phones without Wallet
Every card also has its own page in the browser, with the same QR code and stamps that update live. A customer whose phone has no Wallet keeps that page instead, and staff can always find a card by the customer's phone number. Nobody is turned away.

Questions
All questionsDoes adding the card to Wallet cost extra?
No. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are included on every plan, including Free.
Do I need an Apple or Google account for my business?
No. Wox signs and issues the cards. You design the card in Wox Loyalty, and the rest is done for you.
What if a customer removes the card from Wallet?
The card is not lost. Wox keeps its stamps, its own page in the browser still works, and the customer can add it to Wallet again from that page.
Which phones are supported?
iPhones with Apple Wallet and Android phones with Google Wallet. Any other phone uses the card's page in the browser, with the same QR code and stamps.
