Questions about Wox Loyalty
How joining, stamping, Wallet and the plans work, in plain words. If your question is not here, write to contact@wox.ge.
Create your cardGetting started
What is Wox Loyalty?
A digital stamp card for your café, bar, restaurant or shop. You design the card, print its QR code, and customers join from their phone. The card lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, your staff stamp it from a phone, and rewards unlock at the stamps you choose.
How do I set up my first card?
Create a Wox account, add your business and open the card studio. Name the card, pick its colours and one of 16 stamp icons, choose how many stamps it takes, from 2 to 20, and write up to five rewards. Publish it, then print the QR or share the link.
What can I change on the card?
The card's name and your business name, the background, text, label and stamp colours, the stamp icon, the number of stamps, the rewards, one or two welcome stamps given on joining, your terms and your contact details. On Pro and Business you can also add your own logo.
Is Wox Loyalty in Georgian?
Yes. The website, your dashboard, the join page and the card all come in Georgian and English.
Customers and Wallet
Do customers need to install an app?
No. They scan the QR with the phone camera, type a name, and the card opens in the browser. From there they can add it to Apple Wallet on an iPhone or Google Wallet on Android. The browser card keeps working on its own too.
What do customers share when they join?
Only a name is required. A phone number, an email and a birthday are optional, and they accept your card's terms. Agreeing to receive marketing is a separate choice they make themselves; nobody makes it for them.
How does the card update after a stamp?
Wox updates the card as soon as the stamp is saved. On an iPhone the new stamp count shows as a notification on the lock screen; on Android, Google Wallet updates the card. The customer does not have to open anything.
Can one person join twice?
Not with the same phone number. One phone number can hold only one card of each program you run, and a second join with that number is refused without showing the existing card to anyone.
What happens when a card is full?
Each reward unlocks when the card reaches its stamp. At the last stamp the final reward unlocks and the card starts a new round from zero, so the customer keeps collecting.
Staff and stamping
How do staff stamp a card?
They open the scanner in Wox Loyalty on any phone, scan the QR on the customer's card and choose the number of stamps. If scanning does not work, they type the code printed under the QR or the customer's phone number.
Does each staff member need an account?
Yes, and you invite them from your dashboard. Staff can look up cards, add customers, stamp, undo and redeem rewards; only owners and admins can change cards and plans. Every stamp is logged with the name of the person who gave it.
What if a stamp goes on the wrong card?
Undo it within 30 minutes, as long as nothing has happened on that card since and no reward from that stamp was redeemed. The undo is written to the log as a new entry; nothing is erased.
How do I prevent stamp abuse?
Stamps are given only by your signed-in staff, never by the customer. You can set a minimum time between stamps on one card, up to 24 hours, and a maximum number of stamps per visit, from 1 to 10. Every stamp records who gave it and when.
Plans and billing
What does the Free plan include?
One active card, up to 100 cardholders and two team members, with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet included. The card carries a small “Powered by Wox” line. Free costs nothing and has no time limit.
What do Pro and Business add?
Pro, at 29 GEL a month, gives three active cards, unlimited cardholders, ten team members, your own logo, CSV export of your customers and an API key for connecting a POS. Business, at 69 GEL a month, removes the limits on cards, cardholders and team, and adds priority support.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Pro and Business start with a 14-day free trial. Prices are in Georgian lari, per month.
What happens if I move to a smaller plan?
Nothing is deleted. Your cards, customers and history stay. The smaller plan's limits apply to what you do next, such as publishing another card or adding more cardholders.
Can Wox POS stamp cards automatically?
Not yet. Pro and Business include an API key built for this, so Wox POS can add stamps when a bill is paid. That connection is planned; today staff stamp from a phone.
