Loyalty cards built for coffee shops
Your regulars already come back most mornings. Give them a stamp card that lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, takes one scan at the counter, and never ends up in the wash.
Who your regular is
A coffee regular comes three, four or five times a week, often at the same hour, and pays for one drink at a time. That rhythm suits a stamp card better than almost any other trade: the round is short, the reward is concrete, and the customer can see the next free cup getting closer.
Paper cards work until they are lost, washed or left in another jacket. A card in the phone's wallet stays with the person, carries your colours and your name, and changes by itself when your barista adds a stamp.
Pick a goal people actually reach
Set the goal so a regular finishes the card in two or three weeks. The example card here has 8 stamps with a first reward at 4: someone who comes four times a week gets a free pastry in the first week and a free coffee in the second. A reward that is weeks away keeps people coming; one that is months away is forgotten long before it is earned.
To make the first reward feel close, give one or two welcome stamps when someone joins. They start at 1 or 2 out of 8 instead of zero, and the first visit already counts.
Stamping during the morning rush
The queue at half past eight does not wait. Your barista opens the scanner in Wox Loyalty on the shop phone, points it at the QR on the customer's card and taps the number of stamps. If the camera struggles, they type the short code printed under the QR or the customer's phone number.
Every stamp is logged with the name of the person who gave it. A stamp given to the wrong card can be undone within 30 minutes. If one person buys coffee for the whole office, the maximum stamps per visit you set, from 1 to 10, decides how many one scan can add.
Joining takes one scan
Print the QR from your dashboard and put it by the till, on the menu board or as a sticker on each table. Customers scan it with the phone camera, type their name and, if they like, a phone number, and the card opens in the browser in Georgian or English. One more tap adds it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. No app, no password, no plastic.

Questions
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They scan your QR, the card opens in the phone's browser, and they can add it to Apple Wallet on an iPhone or Google Wallet on Android. The card also works in the browser on its own, so nobody is left out.
How do baristas stamp a card when the queue is long?
They scan the QR on the customer's card with any phone that has Wox Loyalty open and tap the number of stamps. If scanning fails, they type the code under the QR or the customer's phone number.
Can a customer get two stamps for two coffees?
Yes. Staff choose how many stamps to add, up to the maximum per visit you set between 1 and 10. You decide whether a stamp means a drink or a visit.
